This week I am taking the opportunity to visit, watch and talk with professional coaches here in Denmark so there is no words to describe how is amazing to realize a lot of aspects which the Coach have to live during the section training.
I'm concluding that there is no recipe for it, each player, each team, each country has their details and we (coaches) have to be aware of it.
